Happy Hour at Mr. B’s - A Bartolotta Steakhouse

Whether you’re looking to escape a hectic work day the lively atmosphere of Mr. B’s Steakhouse is the perfect spot to unwind with our new B Happy Hour specials.
Appetizer Specials: $6 each
- Baked Goat Cheese: Goat cheese baked in marinara with lemon herbed flatbreads
- Pig Skins: Potato skins smothered in pulled pork, sharp cheddar cheese, scallions, BBQ sauce and sour cream
- Carpaccio; Thinly shaved beef tenderloin with a salad of arugula, capers and shaved asiago with a lemon vinaigrette
- House-made cured and smoked meats with a pickled vegetable salad and cherry walnut mustarda

Mr. B’s Brazilian Steak Night “Return of the Gauchos”
Sunday, June 24 | 4:30pm - 7:30pm| Mr. B’s Steakhouse
For centuries, Churrasco, or Brazilian Barbecue, was the staple food of gauchos–cowboys of Southern Brazil. The meats were cooked over hot coals in pits dug in the ground.
Mr. B’s own gauchos are preparing to show off their knife skills tableside as they carve meats from giant “skewers”. The menu for this special event will feature cuts of pork, beef, lamb, and chicken. Following tradition, seasonings will be simple but flavorful. A variety of salads, side dishes, and dessert will compliment the many meats being offered. Brazilian cocktails and wines will also be available.

Inaugural Beer, Bourbon and Barbeque
Sunday, August 19 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Local beers and bourbon paired with BBQ favorites including whole roast pig, smoked brisket, BBQ chicken and ribs. The meal will also feature traditional BBQ accompaniments and dessert. Guests will enjoy this all you can eat meal served family-style along with festive live music and merriment.

Grilling Demonstrations and Tastings: Regional American Cuisine
Various Saturdays, 2:30pm - 4:30pm on the Mr. B’s Steakhouse Patio
Demonstrations featuring Executive Chef, Brent Perszyk and Sous Chef, Chris Julga, include products and techniques from the region featured with tasting portions, cocktail, wine and beer pairings, and recipes provided for food and beverages.
